NOTES : -
I. The Specially assigned matters will be placed before the Appropriate Court,
as
per the orders of the Hon
ble the Chief Justice.
II. The priority will be given to old matters in the interest of Justice.
III. All matters which are to be instituted on working days in the Hon
ble High Court
shall be presented in the Registry between 10.30 A.M. to 04.00 P.M. The matters

requiring Urgent Circulation for the next working day shall be filed in the Reg
istry
before 02.00 P.M. in case of difficulty, the mentioning shall be made to the Ho
n
Regular Benches at 11.00 A.M., as per the roster, after filing of the matters i
n the
Registry strictly in accordance with the Rules.
IV. Leave Note will not apply to Criminal Cases, Special Civil Applications and

matters specially fixed for hearing or expedited by the order of the Court and
matters on the daily Board.
V. The Matters pertaining to Senior Citizens, women, children, Intellectual Pro
perty
Rights cases & Ten Years Old Cases of all the categories will be placed as per
the
Roster giving priority.
VI. The Jail Applications of the Prisoners in pending Criminal Appeals, Crimina

ble Court taking Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Applications as per
Roster.
VII. Top priority will be given to old criminal Appeals/Petitions of Final Hear
ing cases
in which the accused are in custody including Appeals wherein Bail is rejected
and unnecessary adjournment shall not be granted.
VIII. Priority will be given where the proceedings before the Trial Court have
been
stayed and in which the injunction or stay order has been passed by the High
Court.
IX The Matters arising out of the Same Judgment/Order be listed with the main
cognate matter.
X. Sufficient ready matters will be listed by the Board Department with the coo
peration
of Judicial Branches for Admission, Final Hearing and orders as per the
directions of the Hon
ble the Chief Justice and Hon
ble Courts, as per roster, in
the interest of justice, so that the time should be utilized resourcefully to m
eet
with the challenges for the High Court.
XI. Civil and O. J. Matters pending for removing the office objections will be
placed
before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) and thereafter, the same will be pla
